JaneJack is a small team and we hire slowly. There are no vacancies open at the moment. That said, the people we have ended up working with mostly reached out before there was a job to apply for, so if what we are building is the thing you want to spend your time on, write to us. We read everything and we answer.

Small on purpose
A handful of people covering product, voice engineering, and customer onboarding. Everyone talks to customers, and everyone has heard the calls their work ends up on.
Remote and asynchronous
We work across time zones and write things down. Meetings are the exception, not the schedule.
Shipped beats scheduled
Small changes, out quickly, watched closely. Our product answers a real business's phone, so a regression is somebody's lost customer. We take that seriously and we still move fast.
Craft over volume
Latency, transcript accuracy, and how natural a handoff feels are the things we obsess over. They are unglamorous and they are the whole product.
What we tend to look for.
Not a job listing. Just the areas where an introduction is most likely to turn into a conversation.
- Voice and realtime AI engineering
- Full-stack product engineering (Node, GraphQL, Next.js)

- Vertical sales, particularly dental, medical, and home services
